Frequently Asked Questions
The 2025 Texas Networking Event will take place on September 22, 2025, at the Omni Dallas Hotel in Dallas, TX. Full event details can be found on this website. Please make sure to book accommodations early, as space is limited. You will receive a confirmation email after booking your registration that includes the hotel room block link, or you can access it here. This event is only for members of the Sotheby's International Realty network.
Guest registrations are available and include access to the Monday evening event only for $700. To add a guest ticket to your order, click "Add More Pass Types" on the registration page to add a guest registration to your standard registration. This ticket is intended exclusively for spouses or plus-ones of registered attendees. It does not include access to daytime programming and may not be purchased by members of the Sotheby’s International Realty network. If you are unsure whether you registered a guest, please email questions@tne.events for confirmation.
We’re excited to introduce the TNE app, launching in June. It features AI-powered matchmaking, allowing attendees to connect more meaningfully and efficiently. It also includes the usual functionality you'd expect in an event app: scheduling, breakout opportunities, and other interactive tools.
Yes. Agents will be able to submit their own hosted events to be included in the official event app. More details on how to submit will be shared once the app launches. We expect a variety of side events to be hosted during the days leading up to and after September 22. We do not recommend an agent host any event on September 22.
We are aware that TNE 2025 overlaps with an important holiday in the Jewish community. This conflict was unfortunately unavoidable given limited hotel availability in 2025, but we are committed to inclusivity. A Rabbi will conduct services on Monday evening after sundown, and a reserved space is already secured at the hotel. For more details, please email us directly at questions@tne.events.

Tickets: All sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you have an agent who can take your place, you can request a transfer by emailing questions@tne.events and including the transferee’s contact information. Please note that payment must be handled directly between you and the transferee. There will be no official waitlist, so all transfers must be coordinated independently.

Hotel Rooms: Transfers must be arranged directly with the hotel and are subject to their policies.

Name badges are required for all official programming and will be checked by security. Unauthorized attendance will not be tolerated. Please respect the integrity of the event and your fellow attendees.
